Erma Louise Hall, age 70, of Springfield, MO, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2010, in her home. She was born July 29, 1940, in Julian, N.C., to John and Eudora (Stack) Johnson. She attended the St. John’s Hammons Heart Facility. She loved to play pogo games online; earning her badges was an important hobby. She loved her family, and always had your back if you needed her. Buying lotto tickets always kept her hoping she would hit it big, she would say “You can’t win if you don’t play”.
She was preceded in death by her parents John Wade Johnson and Eudora (Stack) Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter: Thelma Edson and her husband Bobby of Ottumwa, IA; grandson Tim Edson and his wife Amanda of Springfield, MO; granddaughter Autumn Ludwig and her husband Anthony of Dyersville, IA; great grandson Nicolas James Edson of Dyersville, IA; as well as many other relatives and friends.
According to Louise’s wishes her body will be cremated. Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn South, Springfield, MO.
