Eugene Omer Hunt, 76, Springfield, MO. passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2017, after a long illness. He was born on April 21, 1941, in Wheatland, Mo. to Omer and Emogene Dolores (Kleck) Hunt. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Norma Lee Hunt. He is survived by his three sons and their wives: Clint and Carla Hunt, Christopher and Kimberly Hunt, and Curtis and Gwendolyn Hunt seven grandchildren: Katherine, Joshua, Abigail, Ethan, McKenna, Katrina, and Braedon.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Campbell United Methodist Church; 1747 East Republic Road, Springfield, Mo. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Memorial Donations may be made to the Sertoma Club or to the Rainbow Rainbow Network.
