I had Zeke as a student in several classes and he used to come by my office and we would talk about a million things. He was an absolutely wonderful person - sense of humor, kindness, interested and curious in so many things. I am so, so sorry for your loss. He is someone that I am so happy to have known.
Bob Pavlowsky left a message on August 31, 2020:
Zeke was a great help to our field teams working for the Ozarks Environmental and Water Resources Institute at MSU while working with me on his MS in Geospatial Science. His "can-do" attitude, sense of humor, and experience in working outdoors were always important attributes for others to see and benefit from. Too young, too soon.

Our Family has always loved yours!! Tiffany you gave Zeke two precious souls that will carry on his light and love. I’ve seen him get excited over a lot of things, events ect. I’ve never seen his face light up as much as it did when he looked at you and his babies.. You three were his life and he was yours. To his Dad Mom sister and rest of family I can only imagine How heartbroken you are. Please know we will be praying for peace and comfort for you all daily. I picture Zeke cracking Jokes with Jesus And walking beside all the beautiful Rivers and streams!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Just last Wednesday after “Miss Kathy” and I were getting ready to leave, he said that his wine should be ready to bottle and then with that “caught with your hand in the cookie jar” smile, he asked if we wanted to try some. We. All agreed it was/is the best he has made. And of course this moment in time ended up being lots of laughs, lots of stories and I must say some of the best wine I have tasted. I will always remember and miss our chats and laughs in the kitchen. I have been blessed to know you !

Tiffany, Tim and I are absolutely broken for you, the kids, your families, and your friends. He truly had an impact on my heart specifically, learning of his love for his work and talking nature/business while we waited for the girls in dance class. I can't even begin to express how sad this makes us feel. Our deepest love and prayers are with you now, and always!!

The Courter Family left a message on August 25, 2020:
When the news of Zeke's passing made it to our family our hearts were broken into millions of pieces. The Zeke we knew was silly and kind, he was energetic and witty, and he was full of life and love. We know that everyone who knew Zeke will forever have a void but the world as a whole will also be darker without his light. May his legacy live on in all of us and may the good Lord give us all strength and guidance as we navigate the days, months, and years ahead without him, especially Tiffany, Emma, Hudson, Courtney and his parents.
