Fannie Evelyn Smith, 93, passed away December 20, 2020, at Mercy Hospital She was born June 24, 1927 in Spriingfield, Missouri, the daughter of Lloyd Lisenby and Effie Troxel.
She married Stanley Smith in August of 1947. The couple lived in Springfield, Missouri where they raised four children. She was a member of Republic Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 3 sisters, 1 brother, her husband, and 1 grandson. She is survived by her 4 children: Sue Wyas of Texas, Barbara Taylor and her husband Mark Taylor of Springfield; Rick Smith of Springfield; Ron Smith and his wife Trina of Rogersville. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for Evelyn will be held at 11:00 Wednesday, December 23 in Smith Cemetery, Rogersville Missouri under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
