Frances Marie Anstine, 90, Springfield, MO. passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 in her home, after a long illness. She was born in West Plains, MO. on February 23, 1931. She had been a Springfield area resident for many years, where she was owner-operator with her son and late husband of Sasco Pavement Coatings Inc. Frances loved spending time with her family and watching the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs. She also loved listening to older gospel music, attending First Free Will Baptist Church and dogs.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald, and being the youngest of five siblings, her four sisters: Helen Louise Lampe, Beth Rust, Georgia Griffin, and Cora Mangan, and one grandson. She is survived by her two children: Carol Rhoden and her husband, Troy, and Donald “Fred” Anstine Jr. and his wife, Marsha, five grandchildren: Michelle and Lori Rhoden, Courtney and Matt Sly, Brienne and David Henry and Colt and C.J. Anstine, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Homeland Cemetery, near West Plains, MO. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday evening, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
