George A Weatherford, born to Charles and Mary Weatherford on October 4th, 1947 in Springfield, MO, peacefully passed at his home with his family on June 12th, 2015. George joined the Navy at a young age and served 12 years, then went on to be a truck driver and a loving devoted father. He is now survived by his son Tj and his wife Jana Weatherford; and son Ross and wife Lindsey Weatherford, along with nephew and niece Mark and Linda Weatherford, his 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many other loving friends and family.
A visitation will be held at Greenlawn Funeral Home North on Thursday June 18, 2015 at 6:00 pm, with a Masonic Service starting at 7:00 pm. A Graveside Service will take place the next day at Missouri Veterans Cemetery at 11:00 am.
