Georgia M. Lightwine, 88, Springfield, died Tuesday, July 2, 2013 in Magnolia Square, after a short illness. A life-long area resident, Georgia was a homemaker, she also enjoyed square dancing in her spare time. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd, her son Floyd Jr. a daughter Carla Keener, two brothers and five sisters.
Georgia is survived by a son Richard, two daughters: Betty McCoy and Vickie Haskins, 11-grandchildren, 17-great-grandchildren, and two sisters.
Funeral Services will be Monday, July 8, 2013 in Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Maple Park Cemetery, Springfield. Visitation will be Sunday, July 7, 2013 from 4 to 6 p.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
