Thank you uncle Mark for all the childhood memories at Grandparents Ken and Kelsa side yard. Could always count on you playing outside games with me and the cousins. Great memories. :)

I am so pleased to have known you. You had such a kind heart. Yet a fantastic dry since of humor. You will be greatly missed. Love Roger

When I was 18 and went to Springfield to college, I was so homesick and lonesome. Mark took it upon himself to change that! He was so much fun, with that dry, quiet wit. This all just seems so surreal.... It's just heart breaking to me that you are gone! I love you, Mark! I'll never forget you!

Mark you were a humble soft spoker man with a kind heart. Will always remember you that way. Will miss you brother n law. May God's grace be bountiful.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

This is a man that had NO enemies, and I have never heard a negative word about him. He was such a positive influence on everyone who knew him, and even as a little kid, he was the one who was reminding us to brush our teeth and floss. And he was a green thumb..always had his own garden. Such a huge void in the world now. Love you forever!

My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

As one of the very youngest of all the 32 (!) grandkids, I did not know Mark very well. I do know that he had such a peaceful personality and softspoken demeanor. I know he held a special place in the hearts of all those who knew him. I love you, Lane family!

Mark - you reminded me so much of my momma - a little shy and quiet but, when you spoke ever so softly people listened. Thank you so very much for being there at the hospital when momma was in there. You will be so missed and the reunions will never be the same. I love you - Benessa
