G. “Ila” Murphy, age 89 of Springfield, MO. died at 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at St. John’s ( Mercy Hospital).
Ila was born on February 11, 1923, in Rainey River, Ontario Canada the daughter of Todd and Rena Moore Cantelon.
She was preceded in death by her parents: and her husband.
She is survived by a daughter Lajuana Brann and a son Robert Lee Murphy; brother Garth Cantelon, a nephew Gordan Cantelon and a niece Gayle Jamesson and four grandchildren; Tyler, Brandon, Taylor and Jeri.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 19, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at Maranatha Chapel with Pastor David Flower and Darrell Paddock officiating, Visitation will be from 12:30 untill 1;00 p.m. at Maranatha Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, under the direction of Greenlawn North Funeral Home.
