Mr. Harl Frances Johnson, age 85 passed away at his home April 26, 2011, in Dunnegan MO. He was born July 22, 1925 in Sedalia, MO, to Claude and Della Mae (Pruett) Johnson.
Harl was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Patty, one daughter Helen Fay, four brothers and two sisters.
He is survived by one son John and Cathryn Johnson of Willard MO; a sister Mary Lee Sanders of Oregon; two grandchildren, Jami Johnson, Stephanie and David Simmons all of Springfield, MO; and one great grandchild, Kendal Simmons.
Harl was a “Jack of all trades” and master of none, but preferred auto mechanics.
Graveside services for Mr. Harl Johnson will be Saturday April 30, 2011, at 2:00 pm Plum Grove Cemetery, Dunnegan, MO. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Friday April 29, 2011, in Pitts Chapel, Bolivar, MO.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Harl to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 425 South Union Avenue, Springfield, Missouri 65802
