Hayze Lynn Causey was born on April 26, 2014 to Haydn Causey and Hayley Duvall. She passed away July 30, 2015 at Mercy Pediatric ICU in Springfield Missouri. Hayze is survived by her parents, Haydn Causey and Hayley Duvall, little brother Hayvn Causey, as well as great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Even though she was only here for a short time she touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Hayze was always happy and smiling. Her smile made the day seem brighter. Hayze loved to dance, read and play. She loved all animals. But most of all she loved her brother, mother and father. Hayze was an amazing big sister and was so proud of her little brother. She was most happy in the arms of her loved ones. Visitation service will be held 1pm to 3pm Wednesday, August 5, 2015, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens 3506 N. National Ave, Springfield MO. Interment will be held directly after visitation in the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
