Hazel Frazier, 92, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 in Springfield, Missouri. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Frazier. Hazel is survived by her children, Betty Bright and Ray Frazier; seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
