She is survived by and will be missed by her husband of 66 years, Charles Mears; one son, Robert Mears; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Doyle Emerick.
She was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Sherry Mears.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 28, 2011 in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m., Friday in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
