Jack L. Tharp, age 73 was born near Strafford, MO. He passed away January 14, 2012. He was preceded in death by his son, Craig Timothy, his parents and brother, Frank.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine and two children: Steve, his wife Jeannine; children Courtney, Annie, Stefan, and Adam; daughter Medea, her husband Steve; children Justin, Dylan, and Erika. Five brothers: Bennie (Viola), Larry (Janice), Kenneth (Mary Ann), Mark and Terry (Sherryl) and sisters Betty, Connie (Bill), and Cynthia (Jerry) with many nephews and nieces.
He was in the mobile home service business for 30 years. He loved camping, traveling, riding his ATV and visiting his grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Greenlawn Funeral Home East in Springfield, MO, with burial at Smart Cemetery South of Billings, MO, at 3 pm. Contributions can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
