He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, and her children; John & Sherrie Montaruli, Doug & Robin Fox and Brent & Krista Barnhart; grandchildren, Casey Coen and wife Shar, Tony Burns, Farrah Gilbert and husband Erik, Rex Pennebaker, Reggie Burns, Apple Barnhart, Pepper Adkins, Lindsay Wilson and husband Brent, Tyler Fox, Raegan Barnhart and Mary Ellis Barnhart; great-grandchildren, Drue, Griffin, Alahna, Liam, Scarlett and Eleanor and other family including his family at Southside Church of Christ.
The visitation for Jack will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from 10 to 11 A.M. at Greenlawn Funeral Home East. The service will directly follow at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Springfield, Missouri.
