James is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joyce J. Stallings; children Jim Stallings and Sharon Wilburn; five grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 12:30 pm in Greenlawn Funeral Home South with burial to follow in Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be held tonight from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
