J.J. Hogan, age 80, of Walnut Grove, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Cox Medical Center South. He was born May 1, 1933, in Willow Springs, MO, to James and Vernis Hogan. He was an engineer with the Frisco-Burlington Northern Railroad, retiring after 37 years of service.
He is survived by his wife: Wanda Hogan, three daughters and their husbands: Deana and Gary Lumley, Springfield, MO, Donna and Kim Maggard, Walnut Grove, MO. Dianna Meyer and fiance Austin Price, Topeka, KS. one son and his wife: Jay and Teresa Hogan, Walnut Grove, four grandchildren: Michael James and wife Sammi, Lance Newhouse and wife Kailey, Tara Ellis and husband Adam and Amanda Maggard.
