James “Curtis” Potter, age 29 of Buffalo, MO, died at 5:19 a.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2013 in Cox South Hospital.
Curtis was born in Springfield on June 15, 1983, the son of James and Bertha (Lockhart) Potter.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Steve Potter, Jr., and nephew, Shawn Henry.
He is survived by his parents, James Potter and Bertha Potter; two sisters, Kim Atkinson and Stephanie Tucker; two nieces and a nephew.
Funeral services will be Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., in High Prairie Church under the direction of Greenlawn North Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, May 3, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., in the funeral home. Burial will be in High Prairie Cemetery.
