Jamie Jerrold Kozlowski, age 40 of Bolivar, MO, passed away February 9, 2021, at Cox Medical Center South Springfield, MO. He was born April 2, 1980, in Sycamore, IL, to Donald G. Kozlowski, Sr., and J. Dianne Kozlowski. He was a foreman for Wright Tree Service.
Jamie is survived by his parents: Dianne Trepanier and her husband Paul of Bolivar, MO, and Donald Kozlowski of Bolivar, MO; two sons: Kyle Kozlowski of Bolivar, MO, and Brayden Kozlowski of Springfield, MO; his fiancée Brenda Waterman and her son Robert Waterman of Springfield, MO; three brothers: Donald Kozlowski, Jr. of Dekalb, IL, Joseph Kozlowski of Courtland, IL, and Daniel Kozlowski of Bolivar, MO; one sister Jessica Cerqua of Bolivar, MO; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2021, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Pitts Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, February 18, 2021, in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Yeakley Chapel Cemetery Bois D’Arc, MO. Online condolences may be made at: www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.

So sad that cancer claimed another wonderful person. We really liked him and will miss him. He helped us trim trees at my sister's house and our home too. I enjoyed helping him find and purchase his home in Bolivar. We talked quite a bit during his treatments, because he knew I am a survivor. Rest in Peace my friend.
