Janie Marie Branison 79, Kimberling City, MO. formerly of Springfield, MO. passed away February 10, 2020. She was born on August 28,1940, in Pierce City, MO. to Ted and Nona (Shouse) Howard. She was a very talented lady, she was a retired tailor, working many years for different suit companies. She was known for her talent as a seamstress. Janie loved birds and at one time, worked as a bird breeder.
Janie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald (Bud) Branison, in 2003, and two brothers. She is survived by her son Barry Branison and his wife, Sheila, three grandchildren: Ben Branison and his wife, Kyla, Sarah Branison and her boyfriend, Chris Smith, and Drake Taulbee. She is also survived by her brother, Scott Howard.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 14, 2020, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Springfield, Mo. No visitation or viewing is planned.
