Jayme was born on September 20, 1966, in Aurora, Illinois, to Mark and Carol (Monaco) Sebers. After graduating from Oswego High School in 1984, Jayme joined the United States Air Force. Jayme was the thyme of man that never had an enemy , saw the positive side of everything and knew there was good in everyone and looked for it! He will be greatly missed!
