Jeanette Everhart, born on November 29, 1962, in Maryville, Missouri, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, in Springfield, Missouri surrounded by her loved ones.
Jeanette was a dedicated medical technician, known for her compassionate care and unwavering commitment to her patients. Her professional life was marked by an enduring desire to help others.
One of Jeanette greatest joys was nurturing her beautiful flower gardens. She had a particular gift for growing roses that brought vibrancy to her yard and warmth to those who visited. Jeanette’s green thumb extended to her beloved moonflowers, which flourished alongside her roses, illuminating the garden with their beauty under the night sky.
Beyond her gardening, Jeanette was an active and spirited individual in her youth, excelling in basketball and softball. These memories of spirited competition and camaraderie shaped the vibrant and strong woman she would become, and her playful energy inspired her daughters throughout their lives.
Jeanette is survived by her two beloved daughters, Jamie McCartney (Bobby McCartney) and Jodi Everhart (Randy Hicks); her eight grandchildren, Dylan, Hailey, Tyler, Riley, and Makenzie, Michael, Mason and Taner; her two great grandkids; her two upcoming great grandchildren; and her sisters Janice, Lisa, and Karen, who will continue to carry her spirit with them.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her father and mother, Robert Isaac Loch and Ruth Marjorie Loch; and her siblings, Jimmy, Linda, Kathy, and Jeff.
Funeral services to honor Jeanette will be held on February 26th, 2026, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, located at located at 3506 North National Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803. The visitation will begin at 3:00 PM, followed by the service at 4:00 PM. A gathering for family and friends will take place at this time, allowing all those who knew Jeanette to share their love and memories.
