Jeffery Kenneth Arnold, age 57, of Springfield, MO., passed away Friday, July 6, 2012 in his home following a short illness. He was born June 5, 1955 in Lewiston, ID., the son of James Clifford Arnold and Janice Lee (Harrington) Arnold.
Jeffery went to high school in Pea Ridge, AR. He served his country in the US Army from 1974-1978. He lived most of his life in Springfield. He was a kind and loving husband, brother and uncle and helped many friends in need. He is very loved and will truly be missed.
Jeff was preceded in death by his mother in 1988 and his father in 1997, his nephew Scotty Bruce Arnold in 1989. Jeffery is survived by his wife Helen Irene Perryman Arnold (Irene) of the home, three brothers; James Lee Arnold, Sr. and Russell Bruce Arnold both of Grove, OK., and Scott McLam (wife Sue Brown) of Moscow, Idaho, one sister Ruth Anne Arnold Wallace (husband Thomas George Wallace) of Jefferson City, MO., four aunts and numerous in-laws, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2012 from 6-7 pm in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Graveside services will be Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 2:00 pm in Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery, under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
