Jennifer Darlene Tippery-Berry
On July 11, 2010, at the age of 58, Jennifer Darlene Tippery-Berry of Springfield, Missouri, passed away in Cox South Hospital, after a sudden illness. Jenny was born January 16, 1952, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Her parents were George and Bobbie Christine Russell-Tippery. Jenny was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and later moved with her parents to Springfield, Missouri. Jenny graduated in 1970, from Parkview High School, in Springfield.
On February 4, 1971, Jenny was united in marriage to Patrick Kenton Berry, who preceded her in death December 17, 1985. To this union three children were born, Michael Patrick Berry, Ryan Douglas Berry and Heather Lynn Berry.
Jenny was a wonderful person, who enjoyed her family and friends and will be missed by all. She loved collecting various knick knacks and filled her home with everything she loved.
Survivors include sons, Michael, Springfield, Mo., Ryan and his wife, Rebecca, and grandson, Kent of Steinalden, Germany, USAF; and daughter, Heather, Springfield, Mo.; a sister, Beckie Williams (Joey) of Tennessee; mother-in-law, Caroline Berry; sisters-in-law, Deanna Frakes and Marilyn Cook; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Berry; mother and step-father, Bobbie and George Tippery; a sister, Lana Sharp; and father-in-law, Robert Berry.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. in Springfield Restoration RLDS Church. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Burial will be in Eastlawn Cemetery, Springfield. Memorial contributions may be made in care of the funeral home for the family.
