Jerry Lynn Forquer, age 58, of Gardner, Kansas, passed away on April 6, 2023. He was born on July 19, 1964, in Rogers, Arkansas, to Danny Ray and Jeanetta Jean Forquer. After graduation from Parkview High School, Jerry moved to Kansas City and attended DeVry Institute. He worked for electronic companies for several years and then started his own business in custom woodwork.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents George Forquer, Lorraine Wishon, Theo Verser and Irene Verser. He is survived by his parents Danny Ray Forquer and Jeanetta Jean Verser Forquer; sisters, Penny Lenice Forquer Flagg (husband Steven Flagg) and Christy Lue Forquer Sheldon (partner Kory Meisner); and nieces, Mercedes Flagg Lair and Allie Derryberry.
A graveside service is being held on April 17, 2023, 1:00 PM, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Veterans or Animal Shelters.
