Jerry Fred Leming, 73, of Springfield passed away November 14, 2010 in Cox South. He was born November 5, 1937 in Springfield.
He attended High School in Norwood, Mo and went on to work for the Heat, Frost, and Asbestos Workers of America, Teamster Union Local 63.
He was married to Patricia Agnes Dorn in Wheeling, W.V.
His hobbies included fishing, racing and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred Alexander Leming and Velma Irene (Lawson) Leming; wife, Pat; sister, Kat Blair and brother, Bud Leming.
He is survived by children, Cyndie and Bill Beers; and son, Jerry Leming; grandchildren, Travis Stow, Jamie and Will Beers; great-grandchildren, McKenna Anaya; sister, Wanda Jeffries; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is to be held in Greenlawn Funeral Home North on November 18, 2010 from 6 to 8 P.M.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 in also in the funeral home at 11 A.M. with interment to follow in Fordland Cemetery.
