Jim L. Ruble, age 72, passed away on June 9, 2012 at 2:14 a.m. in Manor Care in Springfield, Mo. He was born September 12, 1939 in Houston, Texas to James Crump Ruble and Aline Frisby Ruble.
He attended the Church of God in Brookline and Church of God in Christ in Springfield.
He is survived by his wife, Martha; sons, Steve of Aurora, Tim and wife Suzanne; daughters, Sabrina and Katrina, all of Springfield; four grandchildren, Samuel, Emily, Edward and Aaron.
He has been a cook, jewel tea man, Knotts Berry Farm, sales, cabinet maker, landlord.
Funeral services will be held in Praise Assembly on Friday, June 15 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
