He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Lief E.Worthington, and 11 brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Lois J. Worthington, Cape Fair, MO. Also a son, Eric J. Worthington and his wife Donna and a daughter, Tammy L. Worthington.
A memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2010 at the Chapel of Peace in Springfield, MO with Rev. Terry Robison officiating.
Services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home, Branson, MO.
