John Paul Carnahan, age 51, of Ash Grove, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016. He was born August 31, 1964, in Springfield, MO, to Hank and Audrey Carnahan. He graduated from Rogersville High School. He was united in marriage to Christina Thorne on October 6, 1990 in Springfield, MO. John enjoyed going on hikes with his wife. He loved to play the banjo and guitar, even playing them at Silver Dollar City and Shepherd Of The Hills, at one time.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Carnahan. He is survived by his loving wife, Christina Marie Carnahan, Ash Grove, MO; father, Hank Carnahan, Forsyth, MO; one brother Clif; two sisters, Sharon and Patti; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 10 am, Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, MO. Services have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North, Springfield, MO.
