Jonnie married Michael “Mike” Clay Metzker on August 5, 1972, in St. Charles, Missouri. She and Mike loved traveling to historical sites and national war museums. She was a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan, collected Hallmark lighthouses, and cherished her many beloved pets. In her later years, she found comfort and inspiration in the Word of the Lord and studied the Bible daily.
