Joseph Lynn Rhodes, 47 of Springfield, Mo., passed away at Cox Medical Center South on September 8, 2022. Joe was born November 18, 1974 in Springfield, MO., to Velta Rhodes. He is survived by his long-time girlfriend of 19 years, Charelle King; his three children Jordan Rhodes and his Fiancé Lindsey Fearing; Dakota and his Wife Payton Rhodes; and Paige Krossman and her Husband Tony Krossman; his three siblings Debra Leonard, Barbara Mikesell, and Mitchell Rhodes; and his eight grandchildren, Aiden, Tylie, Tanner, Jaelyn, Grayson, Delaney, Kayden Rhodes and Marilyn Powell.
Joe grew up in Springfield and attended Springfield Schools. He also worked as a Chef at a few local restaurants and enjoyed spending time with his friends, family, and grandchildren; especially when a Chiefs or Cardinals game was on. Joe was an avid wrestling fan and had a heart of gold and was always able to bring a smile to those around him. He was a listening ear when you needed it, a voice of reason, and the funniest man in the room.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:00PM., Wednesday September 14, 2022 at Greenlawn Funeral Home South, 441 W Battlefield St, Springfield, MO.
