Funeral services for Joy S. Lowe age 92 of Blue Eye, Missouri will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the Hollister Church of Christ with Kevin Mackey officiating. Burial will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
She died January 2, 2015 at her home in Blue Eye, Missouri
She was born on October 13, 1922 in Jackson County, Tennessee the daughter of Alonzo and Ruth Draper Sloan. She had been a resident of the area for many years and was a member of the Hollister Church of Christ.
Survivors are a sister, Janie Wiley of Blue Eye, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lester V. Lowe, one sister and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 10 AM until service time on Wednesday at the church.
