After a 3 ½ year battle with cancer, Juanita Jean Waggoner left this world on July 21, 2012. She is now in the arms of Jesus, standing next to her loving husband Ray.
Born on July 8, 1933 in Scottown, Ohio, Juanita is preceeded in death by her husband Ray, parents Bert and Geneva Lewis, brothers Thomas and Chet, and sister Maxine. She is survived by her brother Dale and cousin Alma Ackley, her children Diana (Brad) Parke, Karen (Randy) Trantham, Jerry (Christina) Waggoner and Julie (Dion) Webb, eight grandchildren Jason (Nicole) Parke, Stephen Parke, Ashley (Greyson) Broce, Brandon Trantham , Jared and Lindsey Waggoner, Payton and Elliott Webb, and two great-grandchildren Jackson and Reagan Parke.
Juanita was devoted to Ray and her family and was proud and supportive of the family business, Rental Uniform Service.
The family wants to express their heartfelt appreciation for the care and genuine affection given to Juanita by the staff at the Manor at Elfindale as well as Integrity Home Care and Hospice Compassus. Each of them made a very difficult time more bearable for Juanita and the family.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 7:00 P.M. Monday, July 23, 2012 at Greenlawn East Funeral Home.
