Kaden, 19, was a deeply loved son, brother, boyfriend, and friend whose life held so much more than his years could measure. His smile could brighten anyone’s day, and his dimples made it impossible not to smile with him.
Kaden loved being outdoors—hunting, floating, and spending time in nature. He had a soft spot for animals, especially his two cats, Dapper and Ham. His mom often teased him that he was becoming a “crazy cat lady,” a joke that captured the affection and humor they shared.
A young athlete Kaden wrestled for many years and loved working out. He was becoming increasingly interested in his health and taking care of himself. He was especially gifted in math, curious about how things worked, and always eager to learn something new. He wanted to understand not just the answer, but the reason behind it.
Kaden accomplished a great deal in his short life. He graduated from high school, earned his associate degree and HVAC certificate, and lived independently. He was building a life of his own, and with his girlfriend he loved; accomplishments his family was proud of and so many possibilities ahead.
Above all, Kaden loved his people deeply. He adored his dad and looked up to him throughout his life. He shared a close bond with his mom, dropping off laundry and calling her as many as 30 times a day—to ask a question, share a thought, or simply talk. Those everyday moments are now among her most precious memories. He loved his sisters, his family, and friends deeply.
Kaden had a huge heart, with a tenderness that not everyone had the chance to see. Sometimes his feelings were bigger than the words he could find, but his love for his people ran deep.
His family believed wholeheartedly that he would do great things. They will always grieve the future he deserved while cherishing everything he already was. Nineteen years could never be enough, but every one of those years mattered.
Kaden will always be his mom’s baby boy, his family’s beloved son and brother, and someone whose smile, laughter, and love will never be forgotten.
He is survived by his mom, Tye Watkins; father and stepmom, T.J and Miranda; his sister, Cailah his girlfriend, Heather, his siblings Payton, Sophie, Maddy, Khloe, Gyasi, Raza, and Liam, and his grandparents Barb and Dale.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Greenlawn Funeral Home, North, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to join together to share their memories of Kaden.
