No services are planned at this time for Kathleen Branstetter, age 69 of Reeds Spring, Missouri.  Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.

She passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Cox Medical Center in Branson.

She was born on August 11, 1953 in Branson, Missouri, the daughter of Dan Roy Stone and Dorothy Jane Jones Stone.  She attended Branson Schools and had been a lifelong resident of the area.  She was a retired manager with Sally Beauty Supply and she was of the Baptist faith.

Kathy often said how she looked forward to going home to be with her Lord.  Though we were not ready, we are happy for her.  She was raised on a farm and had a deep love for all animals.   Her love for her family was fierce and unconditional.

She spent all the time she could in her flower and vegetable gardens.  She loved to laugh and have fun and taught us all to laugh at ourselves.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Stephan Branstetter of Reeds Spring, MO. her three children: Stacy Pyle and husband, Andrew of Springfield, MO., Danielle Ashford and husband, Ben of Branson, MO., Steven Branstetter and wife, Kendra of Forsyth, MO., her brother, Bill Stone and wife Deatta of Branson, MO., and five grandchildren: Taylor, Bailey, Zeb, Skyler and Sam.  She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Kenneth and Bob Stone.
