Kathy Collins, age 42, of Elkland, was born August 9, 1968, in Davenport, Iowa, and passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2010.
She was united in marriage to Jeff Collins on August 18, 1990, in Cherry Street Baptist Church, Springfield, Mo.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Basil and Lavera Foster, and Casey and Orlie Jones; and cousins, Jeff and Michael Jones.
She is survived by husband, Jeff Collins; children, Shannon and Kaci Collins; father, Harold Foster; mother, Karen Foster; nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held in Cherry Street Baptist Church, Sunday, October 10, at 6 p.m. Visitation will be Saturday, October 9, from 6 to 8 p.m., in Greenlawn Funeral Home East.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to the Kathy Collins Fund at any Arvest Bank.
