Keith Blood age 90, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, October 4th, 2016 at MT. Vernon Veterans Home. A native of FT. Pierce , he was the son of Walter and Grayce Blood . Keith served in WWII, the Korean War and was a member of the International Patrol in Vienna, Austria.Keith was a master carpenter by trade beginning his career on roads and bridges. He finished his career working on many Springfield buildings including Hammons Tower, ST. Johns and Cox South hospital. He taught carpentry classes at Graff Votech. He was a member for over 50 years at Grace United Methodist Church. Survivors include Janey (Larry) Tuck, Terry (Gary) Griffin and Penny (Ed) Goodwin, 9, grandchildren, 12, great-grandchildren and many other relatives. Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 7th, 2016 at 3:00 pm in Greenlawn Funeral Home South Springfield 441 West Battlefield Springfield, Missouri 65807, with burial to follow at Clear Creek Cemetery in Willard, Missouri.
