Kent Leon Jones 89, Lebanon, MO. passed away Monday, March 25, 2024, at Mercy Hospital, Lebanon, MO. He was born in Stoutland, MO. on January 28, 1935 to Raymond Walter and Ethel Nadine (Archer) Jones. A long-time area resident, Mr. Jones was a retired Foreman at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Lebanon, Mo. where he had worked for over 60 years. He had also worked for The Department of Natural Resources for a number of years. Kent was a member of The First Christian Church, in Lebanon, MO. He enjoyed collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia and sitting in his glider, with “Kitty Cat” .
Kent was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Ethel Jones, his brothers: Terry and Bobby Don Jones, and his sister, Virginia. On September 15, 1956, Kent married Ona Rea (Angst) Jones in Lebanon, MO. He is survived by his wife, Ona Rea Jones and his son: Brad Jones. No services are planned at this time.
