She died on January 27, 2013 at Table Rock Health Care in Kimberling City, Missouri.
She was born on November 7, 1913 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of Otto Carl and Elizabeth Helms Pramschafer. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Lutheran Church.
Survivors are her daughter, Linda Lade of Reeds Spring, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Schmidt.
