Survivors are her parents; Brian & Penny Hays of Berryville, Arkansas. Two son Jonathan Michael Wendt and Jason Dean Wendt. Two brothers; Robbie Bearden of Blue Eye, Missouri and Brian K. Hayes Jr of Springfield, Missouri. One sister, Tabatha Bearden of Gainesville, Missouri. Grandparents, Ben & Patricia DeRose of Clarksville, Tennessee. She was preceded by one brother, Jason Hays and her paternal grandparents, John & Phyllis Hays.
