Leslie “Darlene” Clemens, 66, of Hollister died Saturaday October 13, 2012, at Cox South Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri.
She was born on February 14, 1946, the daughter of Leslie and Lila Mae Strong. She attended Central High School in Springfield, Missouri.
Leslie married Michael Clemens on October 25, 1969 in Springfield and moved to Hollister in March of 1979.
Leslie was a concession worker for Starlight Theater, The Texans, and Boxcar Willie in Branson until being disabled in 2003. She was a member of Hilltop Church of God in Kirbyville, Missouri.
She is survived by her husband Mike Clemens of the home; two sons, Ronnie Lawson of Hollister, Missouri and Brian Clemens of Willard, Missouri; a daughter, Lisa Pratt of Nixa, Missouri; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a adopted daughter, Janet Manley; and her step father Harold Freeman Cox.
A memorial visitation for her will be Friday, October 19, 2012 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Greenlawn Funeral Home Branson.
