Lewis Gene Teague 84, Springfield, MO. passed away Monday, March 18, 2024 in his home after a long illness. He was born in Pleasant Hope, MO. on October 2, 1939, to Benjamin and Gladys (Hoover)  Teague. Lewis graduated from Dodge City, Kansas High School and went on to college, where he obtained his art degree. He loved Hunting and Fishing and the Great Outdoors. On February 12, 1992, he was united in marriage to Mary Jane Rollins.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents: Ben  and Gladys Teague, his uncle Clyde Hoover, his aunts:  Norma Young, Reva Choate, Betty Williams and his daughter, Seana Orman. He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Teague, his grandson: Brandon Gregory Adams, his grand-daughter: Amanda Marie Marcum, one great-grandchild: Kayden Seldon Lewis Marcum, and his aunt: Arbaleta Cossins, and his uncles: Dean Hoover and Kenneth Hoover.
