Lucille Arlene Otto, age 88, of Willard, MO, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 in her home. She was born October 18, 1927, in Marshall, IA, She shared 25 years as a military wife, stationed in many places, in the United States and including Japan, immediately following the Korean Conflict. Lucille retired as a public school teacher, in a one-room school. She also retired from her own upholstery business.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon and her mother Lena Tomlinson. She is survived by her children; Lisa Mullen, Willard, MO, Laurel J. Hancock, Bois D’Arc, MO., Thomas G. Otto, and his wife Anna, Columbia, MO and David A. Otto, and his wife Barbara, Griffin, GA. 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be held at Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Lung Association.
