Marc Wicks, beloved Husband, Father, Papa, Brother, Son and Uncle passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 64.

Marc was known for being strong, loyal, helpful, and hard-working. Whether it was lending a hand to a friend, tackling a project, or showing up for his family, Marc was always there. He was passionate about his career and enjoyed sharing his craft with his nephew Jeremy. He loved Cardinals baseball, days at the lake, time in Arizona where he proudly collected 76 golf balls this past winter. Above all, spending time with his family; all of these best enjoyed in a rocking chair.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Virginia Wicks, brother-in-law Bruce Rhodes, nephew Jamie Wicks, sister-in-law Sally Maher Bleyhl and his in-laws Tom and Virginia Maher.

Marc is survived by his wife of 31 years, Nancy Wicks, his devoted siblings: Sandy and Ray Hynek, Jack and Janet Wicks, Joyce Rhodes, Toni and Russ Allen, Brothers and Sister-in-Law, Steve and Maggie Maher, Brian Maher and Dick Bleyhl. He also had several nieces and nephews that he loved so much.

Marc was also a proud father to Nick and Steve Wilczewski, and cherished father-in-law to Britny and Collyn Wilczewski. His greatest joy in recent years was being “Papa” to his grandson, Jackson, whom he was very protective over and loved going to his baseball games to make sure he was “back in the box”!

Marc’s legacy is one of love, hard work, and generosity. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Marc did not want any type of service, so please celebrate him as you knew and remember him.
