Margaret Buchanan Hamilton Wilson went to meet Jesus on March 13, 2021 at Cox Medical Center in Branson, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Jean Hamilton and brother, George Hamilton.

Margaret Buchanan Hamilton Wilson was born October 10, 1934 in Glasgow, Scotland. She met the love of her life, Bill Wilson in 1957 in Toronto, Canada where their love story began. They were married for 63 years. During those years, they lovingly raised three children and lived in three different countries before settling down in Chicago. After vacationing in the Ozarks they fell in love with the area and decided it was a great place to move the family. In June of 1977 the family moved to the Ozarks and have owned businesses in Kimberling City and Branson before retiring. In the past year Bill and Maggie moved to Siena Estates in Branson where they quickly felt at home with their wonderful neighbors and the community.

Maggie, along with Bill were members of Bloom Church in Branson. Maggie loved Jesus and was a great encourager to everyone around her. Maggie enjoyed vacationing in Perido Key, Florida where she loved the beach and the sound of the ocean.

She leaves behind husband, Bill Wilson, three children: Stewart (Sammy) Wilson, Moira Darst and Morag (Mark) Lorenz, six grandchildren: Addison Wilson, Olivia Darst, Tyler Darst, Erika Lorenz, Kyle Lorenz and Jack Lorenz and nephew, Andrew Hamilton. All of whom she dearly loved.

We will all miss this sweet, amazing, gentle, caring woman or as we call her, Maggie, Mom and Mimi.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home in Branson.
