She was preceded in death by husband, Forrest Hendricks; son, Forrest Hendricks; and her parents, William and Clara Bolton.
She is survived by her daugher, Helen Thomas of Rogers, AR.; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2011, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Springfield, MO with Dennis Smith officiating.
Visitaion will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2011 in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
