Mark Fox, age 56,
of Dunnegan, MO, passed away December 24, 2012, at Cox South Medical Center. Mark was born to Ruby (Mitchell) and Lloyd
Fox July 25, 1956, in Humansville, MO.
He was saved, baptized, and a member of the Dunnegan Community Bible
Church.
Mark loved his grandkids, and his dog
Buddy. He was never without his Dr.
Pepper. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and
tinkering. He loved to teach and torment
Aaron and Anthony, it was always well received.
He loved the farm. He had a lawn
mowing business in Bolivar and Springfield in which he took great pride. Above all else, he put others wants and needs
ahead of his own.
He
was preceded in death by his mother; and a brother Terry Eugene Fox.
He
is survived by his father Lloyd Fox (Gladys) of Urbana, MO; his son David W.
Fox and his beloved daughter in-law Brooke of Dunnegan, MO; one sister Dianne Lakin
(Lewis) of Humansville, MO; one brother Michael Fox (Susan) of Dunnegan, MO;
Cousin/brother in life Adam W. Fox (Jan) of Pleasant Hope, MO; five
grandchildren: Vance, Aurora, Kailey, Riley, and Wyatt Fox all of Dunnegan, MO;
five nephews: Aaron Lakin of Bolivar, MO, Anthony Fox, Austin Fox of Dunnegan,
MO, Terry Gene Fox, and Joshua Fox; four nieces: Ashley Fox of Dunnegan, MO,
Amber Martino and Cindy Rudy both of Bolivar, MO, and Tressa Jean; as well as
many other relatives and close friends.
Funeral
services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 29, 2012, at Pitts Chapel
with Pastor Rod Campbell officiating.
Burial will follow at Dunnegan Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 PM Friday, December 28, 2012,
in the funeral home.
In lieu of plants and flowers memorial
contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral
expenses. Arrangements have been
entrusted to Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO.
