Marlene Mae Krumholz, 83, of Springfield, Missouri went to be with the Lord September 26, 2012 in her home. She was born on December 4, 1928 to George and Etta (Daniels) Bond in Hoberg, Missouri. Marlene was blessed with two children. She worked as a Food Service Manager for Springfield Public Schools. She was a proud member of Trinity Pentecostal Church.
Marlene was united in marriage to her loving husband Kenneth Krumholz in Arkansas on August 4, 1995.
Marlene was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Minford Steven Jones.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth Krumholz; her daughter Sharon Jean Wehr; four grandchildren, Michele Biermann and her husband Bob, Michael Vermont and his wife Lynn, Melanie Lenox and her husband Eric, and Matthew Vermont and his wife Amy; 10 great grandchildren; a sister Norma Harrison; and other relatives and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., at the Trinity Pentecostal Church of God with the Reverend Dale Wells officiating. Interment will follow the service in Maple Park Cemetery, Aurora, Missouri. A visitation will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m., at Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Arrangements have been entrusted to Greenlawn Funeral Home North.
