He passed away on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Big Springs Care Center in Humansville, MO.
He was born on December 18, 1958 in York, PA., the son of Howard Lee Scritchfield and Karen Nolte Scritchfield. He was a former mechanic.
He is survived by his two children: Jeorgia Scritchfield and Michael Scritchfield bot of Pleasanton, KS., five siblings: Sheri Clayton of Lead Hill, AR., Rodney Scritchfield of Pleasanton, KS., Patricia Gallegos of Crane, MO., Tanya White of Pleasanton, KS., and Wendy Brown of Pleasanton, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents.
