Wendy Skelton left a message on November 11, 2015:
Mrs. Rouch was such a wonderful lady. She was always kind and caring to us, “adopting” us, too, when my brother married her daughter, Debbie. We loved her, and considered her second mom. She was godly, gentle, hard-working, and dedicated,-a blessing to all who crossed her path.
